You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into the pay stub generator. You agree not to use the Service for any fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes. Pay stubs generated through this Service should not be used to misrepresent income or employment.

4. Payment and Refunds

Your first pay stub is provided free of charge. Additional purchases are processed securely through Stripe: each additional pay stub is $3.99 and tax forms are $5.99. Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing document delivery, contact support for assistance.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its templates, design, and code, is the property of PaymentStub.com. You receive a license to use the generated document for personal or business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

PaymentStub.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated documents, including but not limited to errors in calculations or formatting.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
